Rossin provides a structured route for instructing expert surveyors in housing disrepair and related matters. New instructions can be submitted by email or through the contact form.

Instruction process

Step	Detail
1. Review	The instruction is reviewed and the reporting scope is clarified.
2. Allocation	An appropriately qualified independent surveyor is appointed for the matter.
3. Inspection	An inspection is arranged where required and practical steps are coordinated.
4. Reporting	The expert prepares and issues the report in accordance with the relevant standards and instructions.
5. Follow-up	Where needed, further clarification, addendum reporting or attendance can be coordinated.

Timescales are confirmed upon instruction and depend on the nature, complexity and requirements of the matter.
